Alex Darkstar is a cop and and a drunk. Thinking back to his old native american Grandfather he remembers his youth and the lessons his grandfather taught him. He remembers watching sci-fi movies and building a robot. One day when he comes home he finds out his father has been killed, he rushes off to his grandfather who gives him a back of magic. On top of these memories there is a huge mechanical man murdering people on the streets and Alex wants to get to the bottom of it!
